Team GB have fallen to a 30-17 defeat against Brazil in the women's handball tournament.
Brazil went into half-time leading 17-8, mainly thanks to four goals apiece from Alexandra Nascimento and Ana Paula Rodrigues, with Marie Gerbron and Britt Goodwin offering a reply for Team GB.
The second half proved to be a closer affair with Team GB's Lyn Byl netting with five goals, but Brazil's first-half performance was enough to earn the victory.
This was Team GB's third successive defeat in Group A and they will attempt to restore some pride against Angola on Friday.
