Great Britain's Sally Conway has admitted that she has achieved her dream by winning a medal at the Olympic Games.
Conway defeated world champion Gevrise Emane on the way to the semi-finals in the -70kg category and although she lost her last-four contest, she recovered to win the bronze-medal match against Austria's Bernadette Graf.
The 29-year-old told BBC Sport: "It hasn't sunk in. I knew if I was going to come away with a medal I would have to put in my best performances.
"I'm not from Brazil but the crowd have been awesome. I just want to thank everyone. This has been my dream since London. I can't put it into words."
Conway's result on Wednesday adds to the bronze medal that she won at the Commonwealth Games in 2014.
