Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage on Monday after allegedly trashing his Hertfordshire apartment block, according to The Sun.
The 25-year-old Dane was questioned by police after he was believed to have kicked in the door to the building's gym and smashed a window.
It is not the first time that Bendtner has been in trouble with the law, as he was arrested in September 2011 over a hotel brawl while on loan at Arsenal's Premier League rivals Sunderland.
He was also held by Copenhagen police at the end of last season for drink-driving and was subsequently banned from the Danish national team for six months.
Bendtner has publicly voiced his desire to leave the Gunners, for whom he has made just two starts this campaign, but was kept on after Arsenal failed to sign any notable competition for Olivier Giroud.
