A private hearing will take place between Eva Carneiro and former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho on March 7 in an attempt to reach a settlement over a five-month dispute.
Carneiro left her role as Chelsea team doctor in September 2015, a few weeks after she was dropped from first-team duties.
The doctor was criticised by Mourinho for treating Eden Hazard on the pitch while Chelsea were chasing a winning goal in the Blues' 2-2 draw against Swansea City on the opening day of the season on August 8.
Carneiro is claiming constructive dismissal against the Premier League club and sex discrimination against Mourinho, who was sacked by Chelsea in December after a string of poor results.
According to Sky Sports News, a private hearing will be conducted by an employment judge in 11 days' time.
If a settlement cannot be reached then a public tribunal will be held in the first two weeks of June.
