Former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro has stated that she wants Jose Mourinho to make a public apology as part of any settlement in her employment case.
A private hearing is currently taking place in Croydon, London over Chelsea's decision to suspend Carneiro earlier this season after she and fellow physio John Fearn ran onto the pitch when manager Mourinho did not want them to.
Carneiro's barrister, Mary O'Rourke QC, told ITV News: "We're not expecting a resolution today. The two sides are so far apart financially. And we want Mr Mourinho to make a public apology."
Should the two parties reach an agreement in the private hearing, a full public hearing, which could see Mourinho called to give evidence, would not be needed.
However, Carneiro also has a separate personal legal action against Mourinho, who left Chelsea in December, for alleged victimisation and discrimination.
