Liverpool are reportedly investigating claims that Chelsea striker Demba Ba was racially abused by a supporter during Sunday's match at Anfield.
Reports have claimed that a complaint was made to anti-racism group Kick It Out after a Reds fan delivered an alleged comment from high in the stands.
Ba, who is said to have not heard the abuse, opened the scoring in Sunday's 2-0 win for Chelsea, which has blown the Premier League title race wide open.
According to the Daily Mail, a Liverpool spokesperson said: "We have been made aware of an allegation made to Kick It Out and we are investigating the matter."
Two points separate league leaders Liverpool and Chelsea in the table with as many games left to play.
