Crystal Palace have announced that they intend to invest £100m into redeveloping their Selhurst Park ground to give it an increased capacity of over 34,000.
The Eagles also hope to install a new five-storey stand with a glass facade at their South London home, where they have played their football since 1924.
According to the plans released via the club's official website, the transformation project to turn the stadium into a state-of-the-art arena will be complete within the next three years if permission is granted.
The new main stand will see its seating increased from 5,400 to around 13,500 to boost the ground's overall capacity from 26,000 to 34,000.
Palace will submit their proposal to Croydon Council next month, and have already enlisted architects KSS to conduct the work.
