Former England international Paul Gascoigne has reportedly been invited by the Football Association to attend the Three Lions' friendly against Scotland at Wembley.
The 46-year-old was hit with a fine of just over £1,000 after admitting a common assault charge and being drunk and disorderly at a train station in Stevenage earlier this summer.
It has emerged that the FA sent an invitation to Gascoigne last month, but the ex-midfielder's advisers are questioning whether he will turn up this evening, according to the Daily Mail.
Gascoigne's brush with the law came after he spent a stint in a US rehab facility in a bid to battle his alcohol addiction.
