Golden State Warriors center Marreese Speights has reportedly been charged with DUI having been arrested for drunken driving in Florida.
The AP reports that Tampa police arrested the player in the early hours of Tuesday morning, with the Golden State man charged with driving under the influence.
The same source states that police measured Speights's blood-alcohol level at 0.103 and 0.106%, while Florida law that considers drivers to be under the influence at 0.08.
In the limited time he found himself on the court last season, Speights was able to notch 44% from the floor.
