Grays Athletic manager Mark Bentley pulled off a thrilling all-round performance in midweek as he subbed himself on to score an equaliser and save a late penalty in a 3-2 victory over Ryman League rivals Hampton & Richmond Borough.
With his side were trailing 2-1 in the second half, Bentley took matters into his own hands by bringing himself on and then scoring a header from a corner to make it 2-2.
The manager then donned the goalkeeper's gloves, after Grays stopper Connor Gough was sent off in the 81st minute for violent conduct, according to ESPN.
The manager's first call of duty was to save a penalty as a result of Gough's sending off, which he did so successfully to keep the scores at 2-2.
Athletic went on to snatch all three points in the 90th minute as winger Joao Carlos scored the winner with the last kick of the game.
