Manchester United have offered to subsidise supporters travelling to next month's Champions League tie at Sevilla after being charged over the odds by the Spanish club.
Red Devils fans, who make the trip to Andalusia on February 21 for the first leg of the double-header, have been charged as much as £133 a ticket for the clash.
United have been given an allocation of 2,450 tickets for the last-16 match, with the more expensive category an increase of 65% compared to the sum Liverpool supporters had to hand over during the group stage.
In response the English club have announced that they intend to charge Sevilla's travelling contingent £89 a ticket for the return fixture, matching the figure most United fans were expected to hand over.
A refund of £35 will then be passed down to their own supporters for the trip to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
