Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand took a tour around the Aspire Academy in Doha following his controversial England rejection.
The 37-year-old snubbed the chance to play in the Three Lions' World Cup qualifiers against San Marino and Montenegro due to a strict training regime.
Following his decision, the centre-back flew to Qatar to act as a pundit for England's 8-0 win over San Marino for TV channel Al Jazeera.
Along with his punditry role, Ferdinand met youngsters at the luxury facility, which United have used on previous occasions for winter training.
Meanwhile, former England goalkeeper Peter Shilton believes that Ferdinand's England career could be over.
