The father of Manchester United assistant manager Ryan Giggs has revealed that he was attacked by monkeys while on holiday with his fiancee and young son.
Danny Wilson has claimed that he fought off the animals while visiting a zoo with his other half Dawn Pritchard and two-year-old son Beau on the Spanish island of Majorca.
Wilson hit one of the monkeys with a camera after two jumped into the carriage during a safari and targeted the 58-year-old's son.
"It was properly terrifying – I've never been so frightened," the Daily Star quotes Wilson as saying. "I've had some fights in my life and I'm not scared of nothing or no man, but baboons are something else.
"Being attacked by baboons is no laughing matter, I can tell you that. They're so powerful, I thought they were just going to rip us apart."
Wilson has not spoken to Giggs since the Welshman had an alleged eight-year affair with brother Rhodri's wife Natasha.
