Premier League champions Manchester United have sealed a new sponsorship deal with Vietnam bank BIDV.
The North West outfit, who clinched their 20th league title with a 3-0 win over Aston Villa on Monday, will develop a credit card with the Hanoi-headquartered bank, as well as a debit card in time for next season.
The club's commercial director Richard Arnold told the club's official website: "Vietnam is a very important country for Manchester United. The club is lucky enough to have a large and very passionate set of fans there, with some 30 million supporters watching the team on TV last season.
"Some 10% of the country's total Facebook users are also a Manchester United Facebook follower and the club has a database of over 2.4 million Vietnamese fans who have registered their interest in United. We are very pleased to be able to work with BIDV to offer them this great new product, a first for both the banks and club in Vietnam."
Meanwhile, the United team will be presented with a guard of honour by Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium this Sunday.
