A group of Manchester United fans have begun collecting money to have a plane fly over Old Trafford carrying a banner calling for manager David Moyes to be axed.
The Scotsman has been under constant scrutiny since taking over from Sir Alex Ferguson in the summer, but it appears that disgruntled fans are beginning to turn against Moyes.
After last night's 3-0 defeat to local rivals Manchester City, United forum Red Issue have come up with the idea of paying for a plane to carry the anti-Moyes message over the stadium on Saturday.
A thread on the forum has stated that they need £700 plus VAT to go ahead with their plan, while also asking fans to contribute to what should be written on the banner.
United, who are seventh in the Premier League table, will take on Aston Villa on Saturday.
