David Moyes could reportedly walk away with £10m after getting sacked by Manchester United just four games before the end of his first season in charge.
The North-West outfit confirmed that Moyes had left the club on Tuesday morning after less than 10 months at Old Trafford.
The Scotsman signed a six-year contract after Sir Alex Ferguson announced his retirement following 27 illustrious years with the Red Devils.
According to the Daily Mail, a clause was written in Moyes's terms to avoid the club from paying out his entire contract should he get sacked, but it is believed that the ex-Everton boss could still pocket £10m.
The 50-year-old, who had five years left to run on his deal, was said to have been earning £5m per year.
