A policeman in South Africa has reportedly been arrested after shooting his friend over taunts made about Liverpool's defeat to Arsenal.
The unnamed cop, who is a Liverpool supporter, is said to have been watching the Premier League encounter with his friends, the majority of whom are Manchester United fans, at a barbecue in Durban.
Following Liverpool's 2-0 defeat to the Gunners on Saturday, the policeman shot one of his friends in the chest after saying, "Manchester United - who?", according to The Mirror.
Reports have claimed that the victim, who was rushed to hospital, suffered injuries to his lung and liver.
