Roy Keane has revealed that he is prepared to end his feud with Sir Alex Ferguson - providing the former Manchester United boss apologises for 'bad-mouthing' him.
The duo have engaged in a series of verbal spats down the years, the most recent of which came in October after Keane heavily criticised the Scot in his book The Second Half.
The ex-United captain admits that he still feels aggrieved over his acrimonious departure from Old Trafford in 2005.
However, when asked if he would ever enjoy a pint with Ferguson, Keane told FourFourTwo: "Well, it would be a cup of tea. If Sir Alex apologises, then yes, I would.
"If Ferguson apologises I would be happy to move on... for Ferguson to bad-mouth me after I left, I think he does owe me an apology."
The 43-year-old won seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups and one Champions League crown under Ferguson in a 12-year spell with the Red Devils.
