Formula 1 driver Jenson Button finished 11th out of 1,675 entrants at an Ironman challenge in the Philippines.
The long-distance triathlon set competitors the challenge of a 1.2-mile swim, followed by a 56-mile cycle and a half-marathon run to finish.
The McLaren driver, who regular takes part in triathlons, finished second in his age group in Cebu, completing the event in 4:40.23 to narrowly miss out on a place in the top 10 overall.
Formula 1 is currently on its summer break, with the season due to resume at with the Belgium Grand Prix on August 24.
