Newcastle United's home ground St James' Park is reportedly being turned into a concert venue next year.
The North-East club's officials are said to be hopeful of getting permission to stage a two-day gig on May 24 and 25 in 2014, as well as in the following year.
The stadium bosses have submitted a planning application to Newcastle City Council, according to The Chronicle.
If approved, the ground could host bands until 11.30pm on all four days.
