David Beckham's wife Victoria and their four children are said to be "excited" about exploring Miami after the retired footballer announced that he is the owner of a new MLS franchise.
The ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid star confirmed the move in a press conference in the US city on Wednesday.
The Beckhams, who spent five years living in Los Angeles, are currently based in London following the 38-year-old's decision to retire from professional football last summer.
A spokesman for the family told the Daily Mail: "Victoria and the children are thrilled by this next adventure in their life story. As a family they love America and are all very excited to explore a new city and spend time in beautiful Miami."
The couple are parents to three sons Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11 and eight-year-old Cruz, as well as two-year-old daughter Harper.
