FIFA president Sepp Blatter has been discharged from hospital after suffering a "small emotional breakdown".
The 79-year-old was admitted to a hospital in Zurich a few days ago after being under "medical evaluation" for stress at his home.
Blatter, who will step down as president in February next year, is serving a 90-day suspension from all football-related activity after police opened an investigation into an alleged "disloyal" £1.3m payment that he made to UEFA president Michel Platini in 2011.
On Thursday, spokesman Klaus Stolhker told Reuters: "He had to stay a few days in hospital but now he is out, he is at home in Valais. He is very happy and he is relaxing a few days until the beginning of next week and then he will be back."
FIFA is under a broad investigation by the US and Swiss authorities in connection to corruption allegations.
