Former Manchester United and Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Bosnich has been issued with a 12-month good behaviour bond after clipping the wheel of a cyclist during a road incident in Sydney.
The 43-year-old Australian, who now works as a football commentator in his homeland, pleaded guilty to reckless driving in April.
Police claimed that Bosnich "turned his steering wheel into the direction of the victim" following a dispute regarding lane changes on Erksine Street on May 21 last year.
The cyclist, who was alleged to have thrown a bike lock at Bosnich's mirror on the passenger side, required hospital treatment on injuries suffered to his ribs and left elbow.
