Boxing trainer Enzo Calzaghe placed himself up for auction for a charity and offered the top bidder a date.
The 64-year-old, who trained his son Joe Calzaghe, promised that he would take the winner out for a meal and while the trainer was expecting a woman, the prize ended up getting nabbed by fan Ross Maco.
"The money is nothing, as it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," the Daily Star quotes Maco as saying.
Maco is believed to have bid £150 for a date with Calzaghe.
