Ross Hutchins reveals that he 'feels strong' following his final chemotherapy session for cancer.

Former Davis Cup player Ross Hutchins has revealed that he 'feels strong' following his final chemotherapy session for Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer.

Hutchins, along with British number one Andy Murray, set up the Rally Against Cancer event after the AEGON Championship, which the Scotsman won by beating Marin Cilic in three sets.

A host of celebrities, including comedian Jimmy Carr and actor Eddie Redmayne, took part in a doubles clash with Murray and former British number one Tim Henman to raise money for the Royal Marsden Hospital, who have been treating Hutchins.

"Sunday was very special to me," Hutchins wrote in the Daily Mail. "It was an uplifting experience.

"The few days before had been a bit manic, especially as I had my final chemotherapy session on Thursday, but when I sat down and watched it, it felt special and emotional.

"It worked out perfectly, and hopefully I'll have the all-clear soon. It was great that my nurses, doctors and oncologist were at Queen's. I feel strong now."

Hutchins was diagnosed in January.
