Former British sprinter Iwan Thomas has been announced as one of the celebrity contestants taking part in this season's Strictly Come Dancing.
The 41-year-old Welshman has been doing various TV work since walking away from the sport in 2012.
"I love watching the show and I can't believe I'm swapping my running spikes for dancing shoes," Thomas said on the BBC's The One Show after his spot was confirmed.
"I used to be quick at running around the track and I'm just hoping my dance partner doesn't leave me behind."
Thomas is the second sports star to be picked for the reality show following British boxer Anthony Ogogo.
Sky Sports News presenter Kirsty Gallacher has also been named in the lineup.
