A trader has been halted by the Premier League for selling shirts with printed names of the top-flight clubs.
Noel Ferris has been charging £12 for T-shirts, which the football organisation states is breaching their trademarks.
"It seems completely ridiculous," Noel told the Daily Star. "They have a bullying and thuggish mentality.
"I am not using any graphics and we aren't trying to deceive anyone into believing they are buying an official product."
The Premier League has opened a legal case against the trader.
