Olympic rower Anna Watkins has revealed that she is expecting her first child next month.
The 30-year-old, who was awarded an MBE for her success at the London 2012 Olympic Games, won gold for Great Britain alongside teammate Katherine Grainger.
Over the weekend, Watkins posted a photograph on Twitter of herself and her baby bump while wearing the same Team GB outfit she donned a year to the day that she won gold in the women's double sculls.
Meanwhile, her teammate Grainger has reportedly finished a PhD studying psychopaths.
