World number one tennis star Serena Williams has revealed that she took her mind off a potential historic US Open victory by doing karaoke.
The 33-year-old is on course to become the first female player since Steffi Graf in 1988 to win a calendar Grand Slam following triumphs at the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon.
Prior to the tournament starting next week, Williams opted to give a rendition of 'Under The Sea' from Disney film The Little Mermaid during a karaoke night organised by Delta Air Lines.
"We just kind of wanted to celebrate just kicking off [the] US Open and having fun and relaxing and enjoying it," Williams told The AP.
Meanwhile, Williams has been romantically linked to Canadian rapper Drake after the couple were spotted kissing at a restaurant in Cincinnati last week.
