Eurosport has launched three new channels to provide additional coverage of the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.
The broadcaster has exclusive pay TV rights to the multi-sport event in the UK and will show key competitions on its flagship channels Eurosport 1 and 2.
Viewers will also be able to tune into Eurosport 3, 4 and 5 in order to watch live coverage and highlights of additional competitions between February 9 and 25.
The three new channels will be available to customers of BT TV, Virgin Media and Virgin Media Ireland as well as to subscribers of the Eurosport Player service.
"We've invested in launching three pop-up channels to bring fans closer to all the Olympic Games action than ever before, with the most comprehensive coverage and expert insights from PyeongChang 2018," said James Gibbons, general manager of Discovery Networks in the UK.
"It is all part of Discovery's commitment to bring the Olympic Winter Games to more people, on more screens. An unprecedented five TV channels, together with Eurosport Player will show every minute of the Games, helping us to redefine the Olympic Games viewing experience for superfans."
Sports Mole understands that Sky were also given the chance to offer the three additional channels to its customers but declined the opportunity.
