Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo's intense workout regime reportedly leaves the Portugal international with less body fat than a supermodel.
The 29-year-old, who is currently in Brazil for the World Cup with his national team, is said to keep to a strict workout routine, where he lifts the equivalent of 16 Toyota Prius cars in a weights session.
According to the Daily Mail, the Ballon d'Or winner has plenty of protein and carbohydrates in his diet, and is said to be able to do 3,000 sit-ups in a day.
The former Manchester United star, whose thighs are 62cm in circumference, can also jump higher than the average NBA basketball player.
Reports have claimed that his highest jump recorded was measured at 2ft 7in.
