The world's oldest Test cricketer Norman Gordon has passed away at the age of 103 in Johannesburg.
The South African played a role in the timeless Test in Durban against England back in 1939, which was drawn because the English team had to leave in order to catch a boat back home.
The match was called off after 10 days of play while Gordon, who featured in all five Tests against England over that series, was in the middle of his 93rd eight-ball over.
The South African had his career halted by World War II, but did take part in a few first-class domestic fixtures in his late 30s.
