The Spain national football team will hold a minute's silence for the victims of the Germanwings plane crash prior to Friday's Euro 2016 qualifier against Ukraine.
On Tuesday, Germanwings Flight 4U9525 from Barcelona to Dusseldorf crashed into the French Alps after an eight-minute descent, which has now been revealed by prosecutors as a deliberate act by the co-pilot.
It was confirmed that at least 51 of the 150 victims of the crash were Spanish nationals, which has prompted the football federation to pay its respects.
UEFA has given the Spain players the green light to hold a minute's silence and wear black armbands during Friday's match, which will take place in Seville.
Prior to Wednesday's 2-2 draw between Germany and Australia, a minute's silence was held and black armbands were worn by both teams.
