ParalympicsGB gold-medallist Hannah Cockroft's home town of Halifax has followed Olympic tradition to paint a postbox gold in her honour.
Cockroft stormed her way to gold in the T34 100m final on Friday night, marking Great Britain's first gold on the track.
Now Halifax, following on from towns up and down the country who honoured this year's Olympic athletes, has painted a postbox gold for Cockroft.
Mayor of Halifax John Hardy said that "a civic reception will be held in [her] honour", describing her as a "popular and respected" figure in the town.
GB currently has 19 golds at the Paralympics.
