The BBC announced this morning that it has signed a three-year contract extension with the All England Club to continue broadcasting Wimbledon until 2020.
The new deal, which includes live online and radio coverage, means that the grass-court Grand Slam stays on terrestrial TV.
Barbara Slater, director of BBC Sport, said: "Wimbledon has a special place in the hearts of the nation and our new agreement ensures the world's greatest tennis championships can be enjoyed free to air by the widest possible audience."
The partnership between the BBC and the All England Club is the longest in sports broadcasting history.
