Andy Murray's camp have reportedly denied rumours that the Scotsman has asked girlfriend Kim Sears to marry him.
The 27-year-old, who has been in a relationship with the Sussex-born artist for nine years, is currently competing at Wimbledon in a bid to successfully defend his title.
A number of tennis fans appear to have flocked to bookmakers William Hill to put money on odds of 8/1 for Murray to be crowned Wimbledon champion and get engaged.
However, according to the Daily Mail, a representative for the British number one said: "Not sure where the speculation is coming from, but it's complete nonsense."
Murray will play at the All England Club this afternoon in the third round against Roberto Bautista-Agut after securing a straight-sets win over Blaz Rola on Wednesday.
