Jockey Martin Dwyer has been banned for two months by racing authorities in India after failing to guide an odds-on favourite to first place.
Racegoers were unhappy after Dwyer, 36, didn't lead Ice Age to victory at Mahalaxmi last month.
He will now be ineligible to race in the 1000 and 2000 Guineas and the Oaks, which he won in 2003 on Casual Look.
In a statement issued via the Professional Jockeys Association, Dwyer said: "I am confident that I will be exonerated of any wrongdoing, due to the simple fact that I am entirely innocent of the allegations as is clearly made evident by the video of the race alone."
Dwyer's ban will run from April 6 to May 31.
