Team GB's Katherine Grainger and Anna Watkins have eased into the final of the double sculls repechage final following a dominant performance at Eton Dorney.
The pair, who are favourites to claim gold in the doubles, started off well, leading the pack along with the New Zealand crew with 1,500m left to go.
Following the halfway mark, the British duo surged to the front of the line, with New Zealand and the rest of their competitors falling to the wayside.
With just 500m left of the race, Grainger and Watkins continued to push back their opponents and easily crossed the finish line to claim a place in the doubles final with New Zealand qualifying in second place.
