The men's eight were able to retain their title after beating Germany by 0.6s to take the top spot on the podium, while Poland earned bronze.
Britain's female counterparts were unable to snatch a medal as they finished sixth in their event, while the men's lightweight four scooped bronze in their final.
Overall, the nation grabbed four golds, four silvers and two bronze medals, which has surpassed their UK Sport target of between three and six.
