Wigan captain Sean O'Loughlin has been ruled out England's clash with the Exiles on Friday.
The 30-year-old loose forward has failed to recover from a knee injury which forced him to miss the Warriors' last two Super League games.
"Sean has withdrawn from the squad because his recovery from a knee injury has been slower than expected," said England's chief medical officer, Dr Chris Brookes.
England coach Steve McNamara has decided not to call up a replacement for the match in Warrington and will instead choose his team from the remaining 19 players.
