Italy's Jessica Rossi has won the gold medal in women's trap shooting at the London Olympics, creating a world record in the process.
Rossi missed just one of 100 shots to set a world record, the missing shot coming in the 18th shot of the 25-shot final. She scored an overall 99.
The former Olympic records were an overall 91 set by Finland's Satu Makela-Nummela in 2008 and a qualifying 71 by Daina Gudzineviciute of Lithuania at the Sydney Games in 2000.
The battle for the silver and the bronze medals were decided in a shoot-out, with Zuzana Stefecekova finishing second and Delphine Reau ending third.
