Snooker's governing body has announced that Stephen Lee won't face criminal charges over match-fixing allegations.
The world number six was arrested in February 2010 as part of a police investigation into suspicious betting patterns.
The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association released a statement confirming that the Crown Prosecution Service won't be taking further action.
It also said: "The WPBSA will now be allowed access to details pertaining to the inquiry in order to consider whether there has been a regulatory breach of the governing body's rules."
Lee denies any wrongdoing.
