Team England's Ben Proud has admitted that he struggled to sleep after winning his country's first gold medal in swimming.
The 19-year-old broke the Commonwealth Games record to win the 50m butterfly in 22.93s.
Today, the teen returned to the Tollcross pool in Glasgow to finish fourth fastest in his 100m freestyle heat, but Proud has his eyes on Monday's 50m race.
"Last night was a bit of a late one," Proud told reporters. "I was up late just thinking about the whole evening and I didn't end up going to sleep until early morning.
"The 50m is still to come - that's the main one I want to be focused on. I'm looking forward to that."
On day three of the Games, England currently have 11 medals.
