Great Britain's Amelia Clynes and Laura Stephens safely qualified for the semi-finals of the 100m butterfly in Baku this morning.
Stephens was up first in the second heat, and clocked 1:01.09 to claim the fourth-fastest time of qualifying.
In the fourth heat, Clynes raced to victory in a time of 1:00.93 to finish third overall in the heats, behind double-gold medallist Polina Egorova and Spain's Carmen Balbuena Heredia.
Team GB's Holly Hibbott chose not to start her race, with the 800m freestyle champion likely saving herself for the 200m freestyle, for which she made the semi-finals this morning.
