Team GB's Luke Greenbank recorded the fastest time in the 100m backstroke heats in Baku this morning.
Greenbank bounced back from elimination in the 50m butterfly earlier today to clock a time of 55.12 seconds in the fourth heat.
His compatriot Joe Hulme claimed the third-fastest time of the heats (55.74), with Germany's Marek Ulrich (55.45) sandwiched between the pair.
Great Britain's Joe Litchfield (56.92) missed out on the semi-finals, which will take place in the Baku Aquatics Centre this afternoon.
