Great Britain's Steph Slater and Jack Thomas have withdrawn from the IPC Swimming World Championships due to injuries.
Slater, who clinched seven golds in last year's IPC European Championships, has failed to recover from hip surgery in time for next month's tournament in Glasgow.
Thomas has pulled out of the event, which will be staged at Tollcross International Swimming Centre, after picking up a wrist injury.
"I'm really disappointed to have to pull out of the World Championship team," Slater told swimming.org. "I have been working really hard to get back to full fitness but Glasgow came too soon for me to be at my best."
Thomas added: "Returning to the pool where I won my first Commonwealth medal in was something I had dreamed of but unfortunately I just won't be fit enough to race like I would want to."
The Championships will run from July 13 to 19.
