Great Britain's Paul Drinkhall has admitted that he was baffled by the style of Adam Pattantyus in his win over the Hungarian.
The 25-year-old advanced into the third round of the men's table tennis at the European Games in Baku as he was forced to come from behind to defeat Pattantyus.
Drinkhall told reporters: "I've never played him before and he has a strange style - I'm still not quite sure what it is.
"When he's away from the table he plays it very close to the ground - you can't see the ball when he hits it. You just have to wait for the bounce."
Drinkhall will face Slovenia's Bojan Tokic in the third round on Thursday.
