British number one Andy Murray has been seeded third for the upcoming Australian Open.
The 25-year-old will be chasing his second Grand Slam title, having beaten Novak Djokovic in the US Open in 2012.
The world number three goes into the tournament having successfully defended his Brisbane Open title after a straight-sets victory over Grigor Dimitrov.
Elsewhere, Djokovic, who is bidding for his third consecutive Australian Open title, is ranked as the top seed, while Roger Federer is second.
The competition gets underway next Monday.
