Victoria Azarenka has reached the quarter-finals of the Australian Open with a conclusive straight-sets win against Iveta Benesova.
The world number three, who has yet to be troubled at the tournament, displayed a series of ferocious shots in the first set to claim it 6-2.
Despite a resurgence from Benesova, the Belarusian continued her powerful attack in the second as a series of pinpoint backhands saw her close out the match 6-2.
The 22-year-old will face the winner of Julia Goerges and Agnieszka Radwanska in the last eight.
