Rafael Nadal has claimed that he is 'feeling good' after making it through to the quarter-finals of the Monte Carlo Masters.
The Spaniard, who is playing in his first clay-court event following a seven-month injury absence, defeated Philipp Kohlschreiber 6-2 6-4 in the third round on Thursday.
"I feel more relaxed, yes," Nadal told reporters. "I had some uneasy moments during the past year. Now I'm back on the tour. Just being here is good news.
"Every time I have the chance to go on court and play well, feel competitive, is a really good feeling."
Nadal will take a step closer to winning his ninth consecutive title in Monte Carlo if he beats Grigor Dimitrov in the last eight.
